Pure Love and Light Healing

As I would like you to be as comfortable as possible, it is advisable to wear loose clothing, preferably made from natural fabrics to allow your skin to breathe freely. On arrival, you will be offered a glass of distilled water and we will spend a little time going through your expectations from the session which will allow us to get to know each other a little better and relax into each others company.

Before any healing work commences, I will cleanse your Aura by smudging with Sage and balance your Chakras. {see section on Chakra Balancing} The Reiki healing will start once you have laid on the therapy couch and made yourself comfortable.

Taking up position behind you, I call down and channel the Reiki healing energy and commence the healing by positioning my hands just above your body and using my hands, scan your body from head to toe to feel for any imbalances within your energy field. I will then return to the top of your head and again position my hands just above you and let the Reiki energy flow. Working intuitively, I will gently move my hands around the length of your body focusing on the chakras and any areas that need attention.

If you choose to have a 90 minute session , there is an option to replace the meditation with some Talking Therapy. This is available at no extra cost.

I will gently let you know when I am finished and bring the session to a close with full guided meditation (optional, unless you have chosen to include talking therapy within the session).

Distance healing sessions work because energy can travel through time and space, therefore allowing healing to take place without a client being physically present. It is also as equally effective as an in-person treatment.

Prior to your healing session we will have a free complimentary telephone consultation { please see this section}. Once we have established that Distance Healing is the most suitable option we will arrange a mutually agreeable time and date for it to take place, with an option for this to be carried out via Zoom or What’sApp.

10 minutes before it’s due to start I will send you a text message with an affirmation and to give you time to find a comfortable place to sit or lay down for the duration of the healing. If I am working with an animal, I simply need you to be present and observe them. Generally this will last up to an hour but if we are working with the Zoom platform, we will have 40 minutes screen time.

Once I have connected with the Reiki source and drawn the reiki symbols, I will focus on your image or the image of your animal companion and working intuitively, scan your aura or the animals and commence the healing.

When the session has been brought to a close, I will send you a short message and follow this up with a telephone call to discuss your experience, my findings and talk about your options moving forward.
