To establish whether your Chakras are functioning properly, I use a Flourite Pendulum. Starting at the Crown of your head, I hold the pendulum above your head and watch for any movement. If the pendulum moves in a clockwise or anti clockwise direction, then the chakra is open. However if there is little or no movement, then the chakra requires some work.
When balancing your Chakras I use a combination of visualisation and Reiki. If the chakra is closed, for example, your Crown Chakra, I will ask you to visualise a ball of violet or white light spinning in a clockwise direction on the top of your head. To feel its warmth and light radiating out throughout your skull and into your head. Whilst you are doing this, I will be moving my hand in a circular, clockwise motion above the chakra to help it to open. After a few minutes I hold the pendulum over the Chakra to check it is working properly and then we move on to the next chakra, repeating the exercise but with the appropriate colour and dialogue to achieve the desired effect.
